Had a great time! It's very relaxing in the jacuzzi rooms!

I think they're doing a good job, slowly but surely, getting the place straight. The room was very nice and comfortable overall. The floors were redone and look extremely nice. Nice desk and furniture. Think people give the place a bad rap for no reason its not a $200 a night hotel. I say only a few things need to improve, which they're clearly aware of and working on. The carpet in the hallway needs changing and the walls in the entrance & hallways need to be brighter , changed. The toilet handle was halfway broken. And the bathroom has new wall tile, wish they cover the entire bathroom vs just half white. The shower bar needs to go on the wall vs the block they put there for its a little unsightly. There is a big stain in the tub & needs to be resurfaced. And the ac unit was a little dusty. The floors and fixtures were super awesome and well done. Other than that, they are working on the place and the customer service is nice.

Staff is friendly. Room is comfortable. Halls are kept clean. My son been there for many months and has never had a problem with the staff. Only thing is electric needs to be fixed and he has been without a microwave oven for couple weeks now. Would really be nice if they would give him one. He has told them a couple times he needs.
